Maybe you've been annoyed with the ads you're seeing everywhere. They pop-up, they create new windows from your browser and even install applications that you may or may not notice.  But there are differences between virus and good ads. Good ads respect your privacy and virus invades your security. You may think ads are just annoying and useless posts in the internet. In reality, companies are just making money, just like you. 

 

Just reminding you that all of the products you bought came from the ads from TV Commercials and of course, the Internet. • Gathering and using demographic data through web contacts and social media
• Business-to-business electronic data interchange
• Marketing to prospective and established customers by e-mail or fax (for example, with newsletters)
